Nitrous Nachos

My only direction for said flyer was as follows.
An underwater oasis with some burried treasure nachos, and maybe some ducks floating on a pond. And then in the sky santa's sled driven by a badger, and instead of reindeers....cobras? I don't know if any of this is possible
